Week 1 Weigh In

I am officially one week into my new fitness regimen and I am seeing some surprising results in my measurements.

I measure myself once a week, in the morning, before I have had anything to eat.

weight: was 166 lbs NOW 165 lbs

waist: was 35 in NOW 33.5 in

hips: was 42 in NOW 42 in

R thigh: was 25.5 in NOW 24.5 in

L thigh: was 25.75 in NOW 24.75 in

R upper arm: was 12.5 in NOW 12.25 in

L upper arm: was 12.25 in NOW 12 in

This could just be water weight but still... WOO HOO!!!!!

I should see dramatic results next week because I am giving up my coffee, soda, and junk food.
